We walk the plots or the drawings with the site manager, take board areas and skim areas off the plans, and price each unit individually. You see exactly what we’re including: boarding, taping, skim coat, render if it’s in scope, beads, dust sheets, waste removal. No hidden “extras” that arrive on day two.
We slot in around your first-fix, second-fix and decorator dates. Drylining and plasterboarding goes in once electrics and plumbing are first-fixed. Skim follows when the trade above has cleared. If the programme slips by a week we re-plan the gang; if it slips by two days we just shift. The PC gets one call from us, not three.
Public liability and contractor’s all-risk cover on every plot. Method statements and risk assessments emailed before we step on site. Pearl Plastering is a registered Ltd company, fully insured, on Checkatrade. Documentation pack ready for your PC pack or building control sign-off.
Once the decorator walks the plot, we walk it with them. Anything they flag we come back and put right inside a week. We’d rather close a plot cleanly than leave a snag dangling six weeks past handover. Builders ring Pearl back because we don’t go missing once the invoice clears.
